• Vehicle and booking information (make/model, postcode, service selected, any notes you share).

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To arrange and deliver the detailing service you've booked.
• To take and refund the 20% booking deposit where applicable.
• To keep a simple record of work carried out for warranty and aftercare purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Details are only shared with trusted providers we use to run the business (for example, our email provider) and where legally required. We do not share your information for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the duration of your warranty and normal accounting record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email Kieron@theautospawales.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
