What this service is, and who it's for
The Essential Package is our routine full detail: safe outside, tidy inside, protected finish, no shortcuts. It's built for owners who look after their car and want that maintained on a regular schedule, without stepping up to the deeper decontamination and steam stages of Premium or Deep Clean.
This is the right call for daily drivers in reasonable condition, company cars kept looking professional, and any vehicle where the paint is already sound and the interior just needs consistent upkeep. Booked every four to six weeks, it holds a car in genuinely good order year-round.
As with every package, we arrive fully self-contained and work through the stages on your driveway, drive or parking space.
What happens if you leave it
The real cost of skipping a proper detail
Skipping months costs more than booking now
Cars left between cleans need Deep Cleans, not Essentials, and Deep Cleans cost twice as much. A regular Essential is the cheaper route.
Automatic and roller washes damage paint
The convenience is real; so is the swirl-mark damage. A contact-safe hand detail keeps clearcoat intact.
Interior dust becomes interior grime
Left untouched, dust binds with moisture and skin oils and becomes a film that's much harder to shift later.

Booking & Deposit
Message or call for a same-day quote. A 20% deposit secures your slot; the balance is settled on completion. We reply inside 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Arrival & Pre-Inspection
We arrive fully self-contained: water, power, machinery and lighting. Before a drop of foam touches the paint we walk the vehicle with you and note existing defects, trim condition, wheel finish and interior wear.

Safe, Staged Cleaning
Every step is contact-safe and pH-appropriate. Wheels and arches are always handled first with dedicated tools, then the paint is decontaminated before any wash mitt touches it.

Protection & Dressing
Once cleaned, the surfaces we've agreed are sealed, dressed and finished: paint, wheels, glass, tyres and interior textiles, so the work lasts, not just looks good on the driveway.

Handover & Guarantee
You inspect the vehicle with us in daylight. Every job is backed by our workmanship, if anything's missed, we come back and put it right.

Why the Essential is the smart routine choice
Detailing done in short, regular visits is dramatically cheaper than detailing done once a year in emergency mode. The Essential exists specifically for that cycle: it keeps the paint clean before contamination bonds, keeps the wheels clear of dust before it bakes, and keeps the interior from developing the film that turns a two-hour wipe into a five-hour steam job.
Typical cycle: every four weeks for a heavily used family car, every six weeks for a commuter, every eight for a low-mileage second car. We'll suggest a sensible cadence at the first visit.
What's covered, and what isn't
Included: citrus and snow-foam pre-wash, wheel faces cleaned, full safe contact wash, protective sealant on paint, drying, glass cleaned, full interior hoover with intricate brushes, disinfection of carpets and mats, complete interior wipe-down.
Not included at this tier: iron fallout and tar decontamination, wheel barrels and arches, cabin steam clean, ceramic-infused sealant, cabin mist disinfection. If your vehicle needs those, we'll recommend the Deep Clean or Premium instead, never sold up unnecessarily.
Regular clients, how we handle scheduling
Once you're on the books we hold a preferred slot and confirm each visit 24 hours ahead. The 20% deposit only applies to the first booking; regulars settle in full on completion. Weekday mornings and Saturday slots book out first, get in early for those.

Straight answers, before you book
How much is an Essential?+
From £65 depending on vehicle size. Vans and 7-seat family cars carry a small size uplift.
How often should I book one?+
Every four to eight weeks depending on use and storage. We'll suggest the right cadence at the first visit.
Is this enough on its own?+
For a car that's already in good order, yes. If the paint is bonded with contamination or the interior is heavily stained, we'll recommend a one-off Deep Clean first, then Essentials to maintain.
Do you clean vans?+
Yes, livery-safe products, and we'll work around your route if needed.
Do you cover the whole of South Wales?+
Yes: Aberdare, Merthyr, Pontypridd, Ebbw Vale, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Treharris, Porthcawl and the surrounding towns.
Will the sealant last between visits?+
The sealant we use gives strong water beading for several weeks, plenty for a four- to six-week cycle.
Can I pay per visit rather than a subscription?+
Yes. Regulars pay per visit on completion. No subscription commitment.
What happens if it rains on the day?+
Light rain is fine; heavy rain we reschedule without charge to the next suitable slot.
