1. About us

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are provided based on the vehicle information you supply. If a vehicle arrives in a materially different condition (for example, significant additional soiling or pre-existing defects requiring extra work) we reserve the right to adjust the quote or decline the work.

A booking is only confirmed once a 20% deposit has been paid.

3. Deposits, payment and cancellations

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your slot.
• The remaining balance is due on completion of the work.
• Accepted payment methods are cash and BACS bank transfer.
• Cancellations made with reasonable notice will have the deposit refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit to cover the reserved slot.

4. Access, water and power

As a mobile service we are fully self-contained with our own water, power and lighting and do not require anything from you. We do require safe, legal access to the vehicle at the agreed location.

5. Insurance

The Auto Spa is motor-trade insured, covering your vehicle while it is in our care, custody and control during the service.

6. Ceramic coatings and warranty

Ceramic coatings are offered in 3, 5 and 7-year tiers using Gtechniq and CarPro products. Coatings are backed by our own workmanship warranty for up to half of the coating lifespan, subject to correct aftercare as advised at handover. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, poor washing technique, automated brush car washes, harsh chemicals or general wear and tear.

7. Paint correction

Paint correction removes defects such as swirls, marring and light scratches through machine polishing. We offer single, two-stage and three-stage correction. The level of defect removal achievable depends on paint condition and thickness; a realistic outcome will be discussed before work begins.

8. Pre-existing damage

We will point out any pre-existing damage identified during inspection. Detailing does not repair mechanical damage, dents, deep scratches through the clear coat, or damaged trim.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
